This happiness guarantee applies whether you are a new subscriber who just placed your first order, or if you’re an existing subscriber who just placed a first order for a new product. If more than 30 days have passed, certain products may be covered under our limited or lifetime warranties.

- We'll work with you for 30 days after receiving your product to resolve any concerns.
